Join us at Assiniboine Park for a day of celebration, family-friendly fun, music, and more in recognition of Indigenous Peoples Day!

The following activities at the Park are FREE:

- Entertainment at the Lyric Theatre featuring: Andrina Turenne, Boogey the Beat, Norman Chief Memorial Dancers, Mattmac, and Desiree Dorion.
- Entertainment at the Performance Garden at The Leaf featuring: Kwiat, Gator Beaulieu, and more to be added!
- Sacred Fire and tobacco offerings with Cree Crowchild at the Fire Node at the Indigenous Peoples Garden
- Drumming workshops with Barbara Nepinak at the Fire Node at the Indigenous Peoples Garden (workshops begin at 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm, and 4:00 pm).
- Bouncy house and slide for kids at the Lyric Field
- Activities for kids presented by Fit Kids Healthy Kids at the Lyric Field
- Activations and pop-up activities by Manitoba Blue Cross, CPAWS Manitoba, Recycle Everywhere and more!
PLUS: enjoy food trucks located at the Lyric Field and nearby the Gardens at The Leaf, and check out a local makers market with Indigenous and Metis creators at the Lyric Field.
