New Music Night is all about highlighting new local music and features three Manitoba Music members on the first Wednesday of each month. It's a great night for music fans to discover new local bands! It's an opportunity for up-and-coming artists and bands playing in ANY genre to try out new tunes and develop their live show.

riel. is a provocative honest story teller from winnipeg manitoba. using history and landscape riel. tells an honest story and depiction of his surroundings. riel. was recently recognized as an emerging indigenous artist through the manitoba arts network. riel just released their debut single "terrified" streaming on all music platforms.

Shay Wolf
Shay Wolf (formerly Trista Shay) is an up and coming prairie singer-songwriter from Winnipeg, Manitoba that uses soft melodies and expressive instrumentation to express the depth of life. Inspired by the idea of tomorrow and the hope it can bring, she also explores the motif of self-development through the trials and tribulations each day brings.
Audiences at the Harvest Moon Festival, Trout Forest Music Festival, the I Am Festival, momondays Winnipeg and several house concerts and shows in the province, have relished in Wolf’s unique vocals, strong songwriting capability, and conveyance of emotion. It is a unique and beautiful journey to watch Shay Wolf’s music unfold and demonstrate a wide range of all that is.
