"Rich White Woman is the first official release by Orvis & His Higher Guns. It really showcases the chemistry between all the band members. Dreaming '23 was a precursor, but not a 'true' Higher Guns record as all the fills members couldn't make the session. Wonderful '23 included pedal steel by Rory, but didn't include any other Guns. For me, RWW also marks the latest recorded material with Mark to be released in quite a while.

Lyrically, it's a tongue-firmly-in-cheek look at an Indigenous-Settler relationship and the ensuing comedy.
