Showcase Opportunity: Manitoba Music in Toronto | Deadline: July 11

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 4PM, Thursday July 11, 2019

Manitoba Music is presenting a showcase in Toronto on October 23, 2019. This showcase is an opportunity to perform for and network with key Toronto music industry professionals including labels, agents, publishers, supervisors, publicists and more.

Manitoba Music has presented this annual event as an opportunity to showcase Manitoba talent in the major music industry without the competing schedule demands of a festival. Manitoba Music will work directly with each selected artist to identify key music business contacts they wish to invite. The showcase will be an early evening show for industry professionals and will also be open to public.

Artists considered for this opportunity must:

• Have a current or upcoming release (demo / EP / full-length)
• Be export-ready (able to capitalize on opportunities in Canada and internationally)
• Be available to perform in Toronto the week of October 23, 2019
• Be a Manitoba Music member and a current resident of Manitoba

Submissions will be evaluated based on:

• Music
• Track record
• Strength of team
• Export readiness
