Aboriginal JunoFest Music Celebration

The nominees for the Aboriginal Recording of the Year will be taking the stage this weekend during JunoFest in Calgary. The "Aboriginal JunoFest Music Celebration" is slated for Friday, April 4 at 10pm and the festivities are set to go down at Calgary's Grand Theatre.
The lineup includes:
Aboriginal Recording of the Year nominees Derek Miller, Donny Parenteau, Littlehawk, Fara Palmer, and Sandy Scofield
Country Recording of the Year nominee Shane Yellowbird
2007 Aboriginal Recording of the Year winner Leela Gilday
and guest artists Asani, Tagaq, Calvin Vollrath, War Party, and Blackfoot Crossing
The event will be recorded by CBC Radio 2 for Canada Live and Wab Kinew is set to host.
