Acoustic Folk Indigenous Roots
Double the Trouble are twin fiddlers from Winnipeg, Manitoba. These identical 15-year old Indigenous musicians along with their dad on guitar delight audiences with their traditional Metis fiddling and singing of original and contemporary Folk classics.
Luc and Aidan’s charisma and talent has taken them across Canada, into the United States and Mexico. With their unique style and sound they have wowed audiences from the age of 4. In 2017, they released their second album entitled “Juniper Woods” and have enjoyed notable performances at the Winnipeg Folk Festival, Canada Summer Games and with Ashley MacIsaac and the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra. Most recently they performed in Punta Perula, Mexico and will be venturing to Nanaimo, BC. at the end of February to perform at the Maple Sugar Festival and in Parksville at the Ground Zero Acoustic Lounge.
